In early September, Chef Christian Constant, the owner of Les Cocottes, the famous bistro in the eighth arrondissement of Paris, opened a new restaurant in the Sofitel Paris Arc de Triomphe on the Right Bank.  Here guests of the hotel can sample signature dishes by Christian Constant such as the famous caramelised potatoes stuffed with pig’s feet and the luscious chocolate tart. Here, too, all the dishes are served in the famous Staub cast-iron “cocotte” pots that give their name to the restaurant.

The restaurant at the Sofitel Paris Arc de Triomphe has been completely redesigned, with bar or table service, creating a contemporary and cozy venue for both hotel guests and locals alike. The spacious, light-filled restaurant has big tables with armchairs upholstered in tan leather and comfortable bench seats. The natural colours match the wooden parquet floor, creating a simple, authentic mood.
