09/10/2009  COUNTRY INN & SUITES BY CARLSON OPENS HOTEL IN CONWAY, ARK

    Conway, Ark is the destination for the new Country Inn & Suites By Carlson. The hotel, which consists of 67 guestrooms, is located at 750 Amity Road. Steve Mogck, executive vice president and chief operating officer for Country Inns & Suites By Carlson will again ensure that all staff participate in the company's 'Be Our Guest' service training programme. This is to make certain that all employees understand the importance of total customer satisfaction and that they are fully trained on giving guests outstanding service.

    The property is another fantastic addition to the company's portfolio and a wonderful hotel to bring to Conway. All are thrilled to see the launch of the property as many have worked exceptionally hard on the project.     All facilities, services and amenities are 100 per cent non-smoking. The hotel features a fitness centre with treadmill, elliptical machine and freedom trainer along with an indoor pool for those wishing to cool off after the gym. Guests can also relax and settle in the soothing whirlpool. The guestrooms provide visitors with complimentary wired and wireless high-speed Internet access, hair dryer, 37-inch LCD television, microwave and refrigerator. There are various types of rooms and suites including standard rooms, studio suites, one bedroom suites, extended stay suites and Jacuzzi rooms. Those travelling on business can make use of the meeting room that can seat up to 125 people.
