09/15/2009  HOTEL ROYAL TAIPEI TO REOPEN AFTER A MAJOR REVAMP

    The Hotel Royal Taipei, a property that is part of the Nikko Hotels International group, has been scheduled to reopen on the 18th September after a significant renovation. The luxury hotel has been modernised and has had many upgrades, which are certain to attract more leisure and business travellers. There have been outstanding changes to the property’s restaurants and public spaces. All are very excited to see the reopening of the popular hotel. The Hotel Royal Taipei is due to celebrate its 25th anniversary and so the property’s new look will be revealed just in time.

    The 202 bedrooms will also have been upgraded to offer guests a more relaxing and satisfying stay. Officials are dedicated to ensuring visitors are completely happy and that they have an experience of a lifetime whilst staying at the hotel. The 12-floor of the building will provide guests with a rooftop outdoor swimming pool to help them relax whilst indulging in the fresh air. Those travelling on business will be able to take advantage of the meeting and banquet rooms, a modern fitness centre is set to be available for any guest who may wish to keep fit and a sauna is also due to be provided.

    The hotel’s restaurants that have been enhanced include 'Le Cafe' which has been given a new design. It will supply customers with international buffets providing extensive menus ranging from Japanese, Chinese and western cuisines. 'Nakayama’ is another restaurant that has been upgraded and is due to serve authentic Japanese cuisine. The main restaurant, 'Ming Court’, will be serving up seafood and Cantonese cuisine.
