AIC Hotel Group—the brand redefining the hotel experience and exclusively spearheading sales and marketing efforts for the owners and operators of luxury resort properties in Florida, Mexico and the Caribbean—is proud to announce the addition of Nobu Hotel Chicago to its portfolio. On track for its launch in 2019, Nobu Hotel Chicago looks forward to entertaining guests from around the world with its newest location on the West Loop.

Boasting 115 guest rooms and suites, Nobu Hotel Chicago is centrally located on Randolph Street in the West Loop, one of Chicago’s fastest growing neighborhoods and home to the famed “Restaurant Row.” The Nobu hospitality and restaurant concept are brought to life in a theatrical way through the architecture of the building, which playfully blends elements of old world Japanese art and new world utilitarian, with a sense of accessible sophistication.

The hotel will play host to a 3,630 square foot state-of-the-art fitness center with Technogym® equipment and rejuvenating spa facility, 3,245 square feet of multi-use suite space available for private social functions and corporate events, and a convenient indoor swimming pool. True culinary immersion is evident with a 10,000 sq. ft. ground floor Nobu restaurant and ‘Nobu on the Roof’ complete with elegant indoor and outdoor bar space looking out onto Randolph Street’s “Restaurant Row.”
