Concierge Auctions unveils 13 new real estate opportunities

Concierge Auctions has unveiled its early spring lineup with 13 real estate opportunities, the majority of which are selling Without Reserve, to the highest bidders. The industry leader is kicking off the season with an impressive roster featuring two private ranches in Texas and Alabama; an ultra-modern ski-in/ski-out estate in Utah; and two waterfront retreats in Florida. The majority of the properties will sell via Concierge Auctions’ online marketplace, allowing prospective buyers to bid digitally in real time across the globe.

Dallas Area, Texas — March 8, 2018
Timber Creek Ranch | 416 CRSE 3390

Set on 428 acres along the western edge of Lake Cypress Springs in Northeast Texas, Timber Creek Ranch, consisting of a 402-acre ranch parcel and 26-acre lakefront parcel, will sell separately or collectively Without Reserve in cooperation with Kyle Crews of Allie Beth Allman & Associates. Developed in 2005 with more than $15 million invested, the ranch was previously listed for $12 million. The auction will take place on-site at the property.

26-Acre Lakefront Parcel
