EOS Investors LLC (“EOS”), a privately held real estate investment firm, announced its acquisition of Kennebunkport Resort Collection, a leading multi-property resort destination located in Kennebunkport, Maine. Kennebunkport Resort Collection will continue to manage the Resort on EOS’s behalf.
