Interstate Hotels & Resorts, the premier global hotel management services provider, continues to rapidly expand its footprint as it opens four new hotels in Europe and a regional office in Amsterdam.

Interstate is moving full steam ahead in Europe, solidifying its position as the only dedicated hotel management services company with global scale and a comprehensive pan-European operating platform. To support its growing presence in continental Europe, Interstate has recently assembled in Amsterdam an above-property regional team of high quality, dedicated and passionate industry leaders in operations, sales and marketing, revenue management, finance, and human resources.

“Interstate’s energy in Europe is indicative of the momentum coursing through the company,” said Mike Deitemeyer, president and CEO of Interstate Hotels & Resorts. “Aggressive efforts to expand our reach with important European hotels demonstrate our commitment to providing the best hospitality services in the world.”

Earlier this year, Interstate joined forces with Borealis Hotel Group, a leading Dutch hotel owner, developer and lease partner, signing 12 hotels under development. With five Borealis hotels now operating, Interstate continues to add to its outstanding portfolio of uniquely located and stylish hotels in top-travel destinations.

“Interstate continues to be an exceptional, owner-centric manager who shares in our strategic goal of spearheading hospitality excellence and superior service across Europe,” said Bart van de Kamp, CEO of Borealis Hotel Group.

Borealis properties to recently open include the Hotel Indigo The Hague, which sits opposite the royal Noordeinde Palace; Aparthotel Adagio Amsterdam City South, part of greater Amsterdam; the Hampton by Hilton Antwerp Central Station, immediately adjacent to Antwerp Central Station; and the Holiday Inn Express Amsterdam City Hall, in a prime spot near Rembrandtplein in the central canal district.

Interstate also assumed management of the newly opened The Alexander, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Yervan, a stylish upper upscale property in Armenia’s capital city.
