KONE Corporation has won an order to deliver 25 elevators to the Address Harbour Point, a high-end dual tower development in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The towers are part of The Dubai Creek Harbour Community and will host serviced residences and a five star hotel. The Community is expected to house up to 200,000 residents.
Located in the Northern cape of Creek Island Dubai, Address Harbour Point is in close proximity to Dubai’s Creek Marina and downtown Dubai. The towers are 212m and 255m in height, and the residents will have direct views to the Dubai Creek Tower observation tower that is currently being built.
For smooth and safe flow of residents and guests, KONE will deliver 11 KONE 3000S MonoSpace® elevators and 14 KONE MiniSpace™ elevators. Additionally, the building will be equipped with KONE E-Link™, a facility management tool designed to secure the best possible tenant service quality in the building.
