The Nobu Restaurant, crafted by Chef Nobu and helmed by Nobu Executive Chef Zachary Hillberry, features Chef Nobu’s internationally acclaimed specialties, including Nobu-style sushi and black cod with miso, together with locally sourced dishes created by the hotel’s experienced culinary team.
The Nobu Hotel also offers, exclusively to its guests, a special in-room menu featuring Nobu-inspired menu items, together with the Nobu Lounge situated in the hotel’s lobby and the Nobu Spa & Fitness Room situated adjacent to the raised platform deck area.
