Nobu Hotel Manila opened


The first Nobu Hotel in the Asia Pacific area officially opened its doors in the Philippines, at City of Dreams Manila, on May 18.

Championed by Nobu Hospitality founding partners Chef Nobu, Robert De Niro and Hollywood producer Meir Teper, the 321-room trendsetting boutique Nobu Hotel delivers a ‘fun-luxury’ experience to visitors to City of Dreams Manila, Melco Crown Entertainment’s new integrated casino resort at Entertainment City, Manila.

Of course, guests at Nobu Hotel Manila can savor Chef Nobu’s signature contemporary artistic fusion cuisine in the hotel’s Nobu Restaurant within an idyllic setting including an outdoor cabana-styled dining terrace situated on a platform deck.

The Nobu Restaurant, crafted by Chef Nobu and helmed by Nobu Executive Chef Zachary Hillberry, features Chef Nobu’s internationally acclaimed specialties, including Nobu-style sushi and black cod with miso, together with locally sourced dishes created by the hotel’s experienced culinary team.

The Nobu Hotel also offers, exclusively to its guests, a special in-room menu featuring Nobu-inspired menu items, together with the Nobu Lounge situated in the hotel’s lobby and the Nobu Spa & Fitness Room situated adjacent to the raised platform deck area.

Chef Nobu’s culinary empire spans through 36 restaurants, in 31 cities and five continents. Nobu Manila at City of Dreams is currently the second worldwide Nobu Hotel to open as part of Nobu Hospitality’s nine hotel portfolio.
