A total of seven RIU hotels have been rewarded by customers from the UK and Scandinavian countries who booked their holiday with the tour operator TUI, according to a press statement.
The two RIU hotels are the Riu Palace Jamaica in Montego Bay, Jamaica and the Riu Palace Tenerife, located in the south of Tenerife. In addition to receiving a ‘Gold Medal’ award from the tour operator TUI UK & Ireland and TUI Nordic, they were also chosen as the best among the RIU hotels. Furthermore, the following hotels of the RIU chain have received a gold medal:
• Riu Palace Meloneras Resort (Gran Canaria, Spain)
• ClubHotel Riu Gran Canaria (Gran Canaria, Spain)
• Riu Palace Maspalomas (Gran Canaria, Spain)
• Riu Palace Oasis (Gran Canaria, Spain)
• Riu Garoe (Tenerife, Spain)
RIU has received these prestigious awards in recognition of its dedication to customer satisfaction. The awards are based on Thomson, First Choice and TUI Nordic customer satisfaction results from surveys completed by customers who have stayed in the hotels throughout the year.
