Hilton San Francisco Union Square completes multi-million dollar guest room upgrade

The iconic Hilton San Francisco Union Square unveils a multi-million dollar redesign of 575 Tower 1 guestrooms and suites, including the addition of 11 rooms. Bringing the hotel’s inventory to 1,919 rooms, this renovation is the third phase of the project which also included Tower 3 enhancements to all guestrooms, suites and meeting space.

Featuring a contemporary, fresh design with dark woods, sleek furniture, plush beds and ocean-inspired colors, the new guest room design in Tower 1 offers stunning views of San Francisco’s skyline as the focal point through picture-frame style windows. Situated on the hotel’s higher floors, Tower 1’s Skyline Bay View rooms offer complimentary WiFi and continental breakfast at Starbucks® as added perks. To ensure guests enjoy a restful respite, new entry doors and sound-proofing wall insulation were added along with energy-saving adjustable digital thermostats featuring area weather and outside temperature. Contemporary bathrooms showcase black tile accents and modern fixtures. All newly renovated guest rooms feature in-room amenities such as include a 37-inch HDTV, bath amenities by Peter Thomas Roth and Hilton Serenity Beds. In addition, the property invested significant dollars into the Internet infrastructure, now offering the most bandwidth and fastest connectivity in the city.
