Southlake Town Square, a premier lifestyle destination owned and operated by a subsidiary of Retail Properties of America, Inc., is excited to announce the addition of four new brands to its exciting collection of retail experiences: Tesla, Madewell, Evereve and PANDORA. All four brands are expected to open by year-end.

Luxury electric car manufacturer Tesla plans to open a 4,565 square foot gallery at Southlake Town Square to showcase its latest vehicles. The gallery will be located across from the Apple Store, between vineyard vines and the forthcoming Madewell location.

Madewell will also open at Southlake Town Square and will offer great jeans and items that complement denim, including timeless leather jackets, keep-forever bags, slouchy tees and shoes. With a well-established social following, the 3,060 square foot store is expected to be a success with its committed fans and followers in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Madewell will be located across from the Apple Store next to Tesla.

Straight from e-commerce comes popular new retailer, Evereve, which is expanding to a 3,030 square foot bricks and mortar location at Southlake Town Square to offer customers an opportunity to get hands-on with a new approach that cool moms will want to wear; including jeans, tops, pants, dresses, skirts, shoes and accessories. Evereve’s goal is for customers to feel refreshed, styled, confident, inspired and understood by the brand as they live their lives as busy women. Evereve will open between the Sundance Store and Elaine Turner, by the new PANDORA store.

Finally, PANDORA will make its debut at Southlake Town Square and will be located between Evereve and Sundance, across from Kendra Scott. In a 1,195 square foot space, shoppers will find their favorite keepsake pieces from PANDORA, which designs, manufactures and markets hand-finished and contemporary jewelry made from high-quality materials at affordable prices. PANDORA jewelry is sold in more than 100 countries on six continents. PANDORA will be located off Grand Avenue East.
