Kappa Kappa Gamma is moving their national Headquarters to Bridge Park. The women’s organization has signed a long-term lease in Dublin, contributing a new space to Bridge Park’s array of office tenants. With a projected move-in date of December 2017, Kappa Kappa Gamma will move over 60 employees to approximately 22,000 sq. ft. of office space on the entire second floor of 6640 Riverside, along with part of the third floor.

“Finding a new location for the national Headquarters of Kappa Kappa Gamma was an important journey in our organization’s history,” said Kappa Kappa Gamma Executive Director Kari Kittrell Poole. “We were looking for the right balance of functional office space with areas to enhance collaboration in a setting that attracts the best staff, while still highlighting the heritage of Kappa. Our new space at Bridge Park allows us to have it all. We’re excited for the journey ahead.”

Before the word “sorority” was even introduced, Kappa Kappa Gamma was founded as a women’s fraternity on October 13, 1870 by six women at Monmouth College. Today, the organization has initiated more than 280,000 members and prides itself on the role it has played in the development of female leaders.

“For the past three years we had been working with Kappa Kappa Gamma to help them find a collaborative workspace that also offered their employees and out of town guests the walkable amenities they so greatly desired,” said NAI Ohio Equities Leasing Agent Matt Gregory. “Bridge Park in Dublin provided the perfect live, work, play environment Kappa was looking for, which helped finalize their decision.”

There are currently eight active chapters of Kappa Kappa Gamma in Ohio and 141 active chapters throughout North America. With 146 years of sisterhood and history, Kappa’s operations will now be carried on in Bridge Park.

“Having tenants like Kappa Kappa Gamma is important to us at Bridge Park,” said Crawford Hoying President Brent Crawford. “Their leadership and community involvement will help build, connect, and contribute to the people of our community.”
