Hilton London Metropole has unveiled its brand new Herb N’ Kitchen – a modern grab-and-go dining concept offering guests a convenient dining experience featuring fresh, quality driven products made from local and seasonal ingredients.

It is the first of its kind in the UK and follows the successful launch of Hilton Worldwide’s debut Herb N’ Kitchen at New York Hilton Midtown in Manhattan. The London Herb N’ Kitchen is the fourth to open so far, with another 10 in the pipeline at Hilton properties across the U.S. The innovative Herb N’ Kitchen concept focuses on healthy eating and local provenance throughout the day, whether it’s a breakfast of Greek yoghurt with honey and crunchy granola or a breakfast panini, a roasted vegetable wrap on a wheat tortilla or a salad at lunch, tea in the afternoon or relaxing with wine and a cheese plate in the evening.

Guests at Hilton London Metropole can enjoy a wide variety of high-quality, artisan foods from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily with ample healthy choices – but for those looking to indulge, Herb N’ Kitchen also features an array of fresh savoury and sweet treats, such as cheese and ham croissants, pain au chocolate and deep fried Bolognese and Béchamel loaf.

Herb N’ Kitchen is among many restaurant concepts developed by Hilton Worldwide to provide fresh and innovative ideas for guests and commercial food and beverage models for hotels. With recent shifts in how today’s travellers dine, quick service dining options are moving to the front of the hotel guest experience and allow choice and control. With Herb N’ Kitchen, guests now have the flexibility to dine-in, enjoy a meal in their room or grab a bite to go as they set off to explore London.

In addition to the new Herb N’ Kitchen, Hilton London Metropole has also installed a contemporary new seating area just opposite the restaurant in its Tower Lobby where guests can dine, relax or simply meet, complete with charging areas and innovative lighting.

Inside the café-style restaurant, the interiors have been designed by London-based Central Design Studio to ensure a natural, handcrafted feel using rustic materials and modern lighting. The décor is clean and simple, incorporating wood and stone to create a pared-back aesthetic which reflects

the unpretentious fare on offer.
