Italian hotel group JSH Hotel Collection has announced that all its hotels will be introducing a new “100% fresh, Italian and simple” f&b approach.

The group’s new philosophy has been masterminded by acclaimed Italian chef Andrea Ribaldone (pictured above), who since 2014 has been coordinating the group’s f&b offer. Ribaldone has studied menus that take advantage of the wealth and variety of Italy’s regional ingredients and seasonal produce, sourced from local producers and artisans. Recipes are creative yet uncomplicated, and aim at letting simple flavours and aromas take center stage.

Milan-born Andrea Ribaldone is the executive chef of historic hotel Alli due Buoi in Alessandria, Piedmont. For JSH Hotel Collection Ribaldone has been devising and orchestrating a comprehensive project to innovate the f&b offer of all JSH hotels.

JSH Hotel Collection is a young group involved in hotel management, with 16 hotels and resorts located in some of Italy’s major cities – including Rome, Milan, Bologna and Florence – as well as in tourist destinations in Veneto, Tuscany, Sardinia, Sicily, Salento and Calabria.
