New Japanese Restaurant Kakurega Teppan at Kempinski Hotel Xiamen


Following nine months of preparation the Kempinski Hotel Xiamen officially opens its newest addition to the hotels current five innovative dining options, the Kakurega Teppan, on 1 January 2019.

Kakurega, simply meaning a ‘hideaway’, nestled on the mezzanine floor of the established dining venues hub, brings to the market stylish contemporary Japanese dining with three exclusive Teppan stations at the core, with a feature Sushi Bar and elite Tatami dining rooms where quality and privacy are paramount. Master Chefs craft supreme Japanese cuisine utilizing market fresh produce and fresh seafood imported from Japan, complimented by a fine selection of Sake and creative Japanese inspired cocktails.

Open every Tuesday to Sunday for lunch, 11:00 to 14:30, and dinner, 17:30 to 22:00, guests can savour the fine art of Sushi, simply fresh Sashimi prepared with finesse, an array of Japanese classics including Shabu-Shabu, Tempura and exquisite Ramen, opt for Chef’s seasonal specials, or marvel at the pure magic of Teppanyaki where Kakurega’s Chef Ansoni brings to the table his signature creations.
